We requested the deluxe queen room with a large comfortable bed, and it was ready upon our arrival; the location was fantastic, being right by the airport.

We were given an air-conditioned queen room where everything worked perfectly. the location is superb, close to the terminals and train station. - Convenient for early morning flights, with a restaurant, comfortable rooms, and shuttle service right on site.

It was very good value for money. The venue was well appointed, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic adjacent to the resturant, both airport and the airport train station and the business centre. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was delicious and great with sausage and food and drinks, for instance.

Staff are universally friendly & attentive to the guests' needs.
Housekeeping was poor - on 2 days out of 3 we returned at 2.45pm wanting to relax in our room only to find it not made up. We had to sit in the lounge while housekeeping was complete.
